WELCOME TO THE 2022/2023 INDOOR SOCCER REGISTRATION​ WITH THE MEDICINE HAT SOCCER ASSOCIATION.


PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION POSTED BELOW BEFORE REGISTERING FOR OUR iNDOOR PROGRAMS

Mini Programs

U4 (2019)

U4 program will consist of an 8-week co-ed program consisting of one 60-minute session per week.  The program will run on Mondays at 5:30pm at the Big Marble.  The Fall Program will run from October 17th until December 5th and the Winter Program from January 9th until March 6th (no programs on Feb 20th).  The program’s registration fee is $125. 

  • Fall 8 Sessions -                    $125      Registration September 6th – October 7th
  • Winter 8 Sessions -                $125      Registration September 6th – December 27th
  • Both programs -                     $205      Registration by October 7th or in the office

U5 (2018)

U5 program will consist of an 8-week co-ed program consisting of one 60-minute session per week.  The program will run on Mondays at 5:30pm at the Big Marble.  The Fall Program will run from October 17th until December 5th and the Winter Program from January 9th until March 6th (no programs on Feb 20th).  The program’s registration fee is $125.

U7 (2016 & 2017)

U7 program will consist of an 8-week co-ed program consisting of two 60-minute sessions per week.  The program will run on Mondays at 6:30pm and Wednesdays at 5:30pm at the Big Marble.  The Fall Program will run from October 17th until December 7th and the Winter Program from January 9th until March 8th (no programs February 20 & 22).  The program’s registration fee is $205. 

  • Fall 16 Sessions -                   $205      Registration September 6th – October 7th
  • Winter 16 Sessions -              $205      Registration September 6th – December 27th
  • Both programs -                      $400       Registration by October 7th or in the office

 

 

 

 

Winter Leagues

U9 (2014 & 2015)

U9 Girls League will consist of 24 sessions that will run from November 1st until December 10th and January 10th until March 11th (no programs February 21 & 25).   This program will consist of 60-minute training and game sessions each week.   The sessions will be on Tuesdays 5:30pm and Saturdays at 9:00am at the Big Marble.  The program’s registration fee is $275.

U9 Boys League will consist of 24 sessions that will run from November 3rd until December 10th and January 12th until March 11th (no programs February 23 & 25).   This program will consist of 60-minute training and game sessions each week.   The sessions will be on Thursdays at 5:30pm or 6:30pm and Saturdays at 5:11:00am or 12:00pm at the Big Marble.  The program’s registration fee is $275.

U9 Registration Fees:

  • FUNdamentals -                    $75       Registration September 6th – September 14th
  • U9 Winter Leagues -             $275     Registration September 6th – October 24th
  • Both programs -                    $325    Registration September 6th – September 14th

U12 (2011, 2012, 2013)

U12 Girls League will consist of 24 sessions that will run from November 1st until December 10th and January 10th until March 11th (no programs February 21 & 25).   This program will consist of 60-minute training and game sessions each week.   The sessions will be on Tuesdays at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 10:00am at the Big Marble.  The program’s registration fee is $275.

U12 Boys League will consist of 24 sessions that will run from November 3rd until December 11th and January 12th until March 11th (no programs February 23 & 25).   This program will consist of 60-minute training and game sessions each week.   The sessions will be on Thursdays at 6:30pm or 7:30pm and Saturdays at 12:00pm or 1:00pm at the Big Marble.  The program’s registration fee is $275.

U12 (2011, 2012, 2013) FUNdamentals will be a 6-week program where players will develop their skills through a series of fun activities and games.  The program is led by MHSA/Whitecaps TD, Sam Heap, and will run on Mondays at 6:30pm at the Medicine Hat College field from September 19th until October 24th.  The registration fee for this program is $75.00

RASC  Development 

The 10 session program is the first opportunity to experience the RASC training environment. Players will be coached an advanced curriculum, aligned with the new RASC playing philosophy, with RASC coaches assisted by the MHSA Technical Director, Sam Heap. The sessions will be mainly practice based and focus on ‘building future Rattlers the right way’ through developing strong technical players habits and an introduction to the tactical side of the beautiful game.  As this is the competitive stream of MHSA aimed at the committed player, there will be opportunity for exhibitions and tournaments (some regional travel required).  Players looking at being involved in the RASC development program must also be registered in the U12 Winter League. 

 

Coaches involved in the RASC program will also undergo training & clinics with the TD, aimed at improving their on-field delivery, building on their current game understanding and working towards the new RASC playing philosophy – creating a true learning environment for all which benefits all of our soccer community short and long term.

RASC Programming

RASC  (U13+)

Players will be coached an advanced curriculum with RASC coaches assisted by the MHSA Technical Director, Sam Heap. The sessions will be practice based, high intensity and continue to ‘build future Rattlers the right way’. As players move through RASC they will continue to develop and master strong technical players habits, understand the tactical side of the game and build an enhanced fitness level needed for high level soccer.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

KIDSPORT/JUMPSTART

Online registration not available, must register in the MHSA

The best option is to apply early as funding is not guaranteed.
 

· KidSport – Max $300/calendar year 
· Jumpstart – Funding not available for 2nd season

 

Should you not be approved, please notify the office to setup a payment plan.
Payment Plan – Half registration fee at time of registration with 2 postdated cheques paid prior to start of season.
